The proposed series of works is the first criminological library published under the aegis of a quarterly scientific practical journal “Russian Criminological Outlook”.
The authors of the books included in the series are associate professors of Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MLSU), the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academy of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Russian Law Academy of the Russian Federation Ministry of Justice, National Research Institute of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation, Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia and other leading Russian and foreign institutions of higher education.

The works published in the series “Library of the Bulletin “Russian Criminological Outlook” are intended for students, graduate students of the military academies, post-graduate students, lecturers of higher educational institutions and faculties of Law, practicing lawyers, people employed in the internal affairs agencies, criminal executive system and other law enforcement bodies. They can also be of interest for everyone who is interested in anti-crime issues, criminal, victim behavior and its causes, prevention of crime and criminal behavior as well as in theory and practice of criminal policy and criminal sciences.
